Ubadiyu

The Ubadiyu, a popular winter preparation closely resembles the famous Gujarati dish Undhiyu. It is made with a mixture of green vegetables like potatoes, yams, beans and herbs.  These are cooked in earthen pots over wood fires for that authentic smoky flavor.  A glass of buttermilk with a dash of turmeric is often served with this delectable dish.
A seasonal dish served basically in winter. A Zero oil recipe authentically prepared in Matka (Clay Pot) used for storing water and cooked by external heating. A Specific leaves of Kalar plant is used to cover internally and on top of Vegetables for flavor and to avoid getting direct heat.
